During the ESSENTIAL cleanse, you will drink THREE green juices a day, loaded with all the nutrition you need!

Swiss Chard: is a highly nutrient-dense food. Loaded with vitamin A, vitamin C and iron. Also very high in Vitamin E, K, B6, riboflavin, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and copper; it’s a good source of zinc, folate and thiamin.

Spinach: is extremely rich in antioxidants. It is a rich source of vitamin A (and especially high in lutein), vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, magnesium, manganese, folate (B9), betaine, iron, vitamin B2, calcium, potassium, vitamin B6, folic acid, copper, protein, phosphorus, zinc, niacin, selenium and omega-3 fatty acids.

Also rich in iron, calcium, vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B9; this not-so-dark leafy green is still loaded with copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and zinc.

Dandelion Greens: is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Iron, Potassium and Manganese.

Ginger: known to have more than twelve types of anti-oxidants, this herb contains essential oils, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin C, choline, folic acid, inositol, manganese, panthotenic acid, silicon, and a small amount of vitamin B3.

Parsley: a great source of natural beta-carotene, chlorophyll, essential fatty acids, folic acid, iron, vitamin B12, vitamin K and vitamin C serves as a diuretic and is beneficial to the kidneys. Its additional efficacy as a laxative doubly assists the body’s elimination of toxins.
